Hello friends! I hope you had a good weekend. Summer has started here and today I have a bright summery project using the Visible Image New Release Dragonfly Reflections, Where the Flowers Bloom, and Butterfly Effect.
For my project, I started with a gel print background I made using Dylusions Shimmer Paints. These paints are awesome and the shine and bright colors are perfect for summer. It is however, a little difficult to get a good photo with all the shimmer.
After I pulled the print of my gel press, I stamped the Dragonfly and Blooms in Versfine ink and clear embossed them. I also stamped these images on some other gel press prints I had printed out and cut them out so I could add them to my project.
I also added elements from both of these sets in white ink and clear embossed the page.
I then stamped the sentiments from the Where the Flowers Bloom in Versafine ink and clear embossed it as well.
To finish my card I added the butterfly from the Butterfly Effect. I added my project to an 8×8 black cardstock to give it a framed look.
