PaperArtsy JOFY Flowers

Today I’m creating a plaque using a variety of PaperArtsy products.

When I attended Creativiation, I had the opportunity to take a PaperArtsy class and incorporated some of the beautiful design elements into my picture along with some other JOFY stamps in the background.

I started out using PaperArtsy Fresco Paint and painting the paper a light Khaki and then stamping some circles in the background with Archival ink. I then added another layer of paint and let it dry.  I stamped the flower elements in my MISTI on a separate sheet of paper and used Cerise and Stone, to color in the flowers. For the orange I used a little paint in my stash and then re stamped the images to get a darker outline. I then fussy cut out the flowers out.

I stamped the leaves and stems on the background and then added some green to brightnen it up.I added a little white gel pen to my designs and adhered the flowers to the background with foam tape.

I added some lines with a black marker and some newsprint along then edge. For the finish, I added some Gold paint splatters. I attached the base to black cardstock and then adhered that to some thick chipboard I had in my stash. Thanks and have a wonderful day!
