Happy Friday! I’m over on the Crackerbox & Suzy Stamps blog with a fun dragonfly card using Distress Inks and embossing powder.
I started out by smooshing some Distress Ink in Squeezed Lemonade, Picked Raspberry, and Salty Ocean on my craft mat and picking up the color on a piece of Bristol Smooth cardstock.
Once I was happy with the light color, I let the background dry. I then stamped the Dragonfly and heat embossed it with WOW! Vintage Peacock. I love the lines on this beautiful image and can’t wait to color it up for some other cards.
I stamped the Talk to the Moon sentiment in Versafine ink with the same embossing powder to give it a little darker look.
