I had a little time this week, so I thought I would create a card for the Altenew August Inspiration Challenge.
I love the Altenew stamps and have built up a nice little collection and I love the challenge of using new color combos.
I started by stamping the Majestic Bloom, small flowers and leaves on some Bristol Smooth Paper. I then used Zig Real Brush pens to watercolor the images. Once they were dry, I die cut them out.
I spritzed my background with a little gold and blue spray and used the Fine Frame Rectangles to die cut a gold paper frame. I lined up the gold frame and stamped the sentiment in my MISTI to ensure perfect ink coverage.
I figured out how I wanted the flowers to be placed and used some foam tape to adhere them to the card base for added dimension.
To finish the card, I added some gold sequins. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
