Welcome to the 2020 Spring | Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop! I’m so excited to take part in one of my favorite events. For me, this blog hop is a combination of two of my favorite things, crafting and coffee (still waiting for the wine and crafting blog hop but I guess that could get dangerous lol.)
Today I am so excited to play along as a Creative Guest for WOW! Embossing. I love these powders and the wonderful variety of colors and sparkles they add to any project. Scroll down for more hop details including Prize information.
I started by printing this beautiful coffee cup from Gracielle Designs on Copic friendly paper. I used various Copic colors to color the cup and flowers.
Once I was finished with the coloring, I masked off the flowers and cup so that I could add some embossing to the cup.
I took the Tim Holtz Burlap stencil and used a blending tool to blend WOW! Embossing Ink onto the cup. I heat embossed it with Sea of Tranquility which is a beautiful aqua sparkle color.
I cut the cup out and then repeated the stencil blending on the blue card stock for the background. I love the look of this embossing powder on the dark blue.
