I’m over at the Topflight Stamp Blog and today is also the start of the 2018 Fall/Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop .
Here is my first coffee cards for the hop using a variety of supplies from Topflight Stamps.
This Katzelkraft Coffee cup is the perfect size for a variety of seasonal embellishments. I started by stamping the cups in Versamark ink on watercolor paper and heat embossing the images. For the both cups I decided to add the snowflakes but I heat embossed one in white and the other using Emerald Creek Magical Mysteries in Kiss the Fairy.
I then painted both of the cups and started working on the backgrounds for the cards.
I too some watercolor paper and added some PaperArtsy Infusiosns and Color Bursts to give each background a unquie look. I added the powder first and then lightly misted the paper until I got the coverage I was looking for. Once they were dry, I stamped the background in Versamark ink and white heat embossed.
The Hug sentiment is included in the Katzelkraft set and the Winter Wishes is an older set from The Verve. I white heat embossed them onto some matching cardstock and then adhered both the sentiments and cups using foam tape.
